Return
You have the right to return products within 28 days if purchased product is faulty or damaged. If time lapses, we will be unable to process a refund or item exchange.
Any products returned must be unused and in same packaging and condition as received. A dispatch note or receipt of purchase will also be required for your return.
To request a return email skitbyhouse@gmail.com with your email subject “Skitby Shop and invoice number” and attach images of your damaged or faulty product.
Refunds
We can issue a refund once the returned product is received and reviewed. You can expect to receive a notification that we have accepted your return and a refund will be sent to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
